We even empowered over 800 Mayan farmers by paying double the world market price for cacao, and we have exposed injustices, including the Federal Reserve’s #endthefed and the immorality of private prisons in America.
Our initiatives reached millions, sparking genuine change.
But here’s the hard truth of it all…
Focusing solely on purpose left us unsustainable. With tons of revenue supporting hundreds of people worldwide, our tiny profit margins led to burnout, investor dependencies, and walking away from it all.
It shattered me into depression, non-compete clauses, and a pivot into a completely unknown and unrelated industry…
Real estate.
In real estate, I also experienced significant growth, selling over $120 million in properties and investing in more than 40 additional properties.
I built an empire!
But the guilt of profit without purpose ate at my soul.
Celebrating six-figure commissions felt like a sellout 😞.
Crashing out and moving to Switzerland for introspection, I wandered the Swiss forests brainstorming what I could do amid a culture of profit-chasers or dreamers without capital.
Over 90% of the people I met in Switzerland worked for a large company or lacked the courage for purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
Isolated in a new country where I did not speak the language at all, I was blessed with an epiphany:
